Well, let's re-cap shall we:

• 9:15pm - Arrived at the mall to stand in line for Halo 2.  I was about the 50th person there.
• 10:15pm - Mall cop that looked to be about 19 went all drill Sargent on our ass because some dumb ass smashed a pumpkin outside.  It was quite amusing watching some kid in a mall cop uniform pretend to have some sort of authority.  I'm sure he'll have a great future as a traffic cop who will pull me over and give me a ticket while being an ass about it instead of actually putting some bad guy behind bars.
• 10:45pm - A Giraffe is carried by about 8 people down the mall hallway and was erected near our line.  We contemplated a lot of different reasons why a giraffe was installed; at first, when they were carrying it down the hallway, we figured someone picked the wrong night to steal a giraffe and decided to set it up so the mall cop wouldn't open up a can of woop ass on him. Then we thought maybe it was a security camera in disguise so the mall cop could figure out who was laughing at him.  In the end, we think it was just a decoration for the kids.
• 11:15pm - A man in line let's something slip from the inside of his coat.  Hmm...did he just piss in his pants?  Did he throw up?... noooo... he just spilled his beer.... wait a min... good thing that mall cop didn't see it.  He would have had to get out a mop.
• 12:00am - Picked up a copy of Halo2 and stayed up all night to play.  We had about 15 people playing I think but it's still a little blurry.  I passed out at home around 9:00am and slept until noon. Now I'm going to pick up my daughter early from school and am going to go see the Incredibles.

What a fun day (or two... I'm not sure what day it is)
