I've been using resharper for a while now for all my c# work and I love it.  It's a great tool for refactoring and has lots of other features that are nice.  Recently I've had to do a bunch of refactoring in a VB.NET system and have been really missing resharper.  I poked around on the net and came across the beta of CodeIt.Once from Sub.Main().  I signed up for the beta program and have been trying it out.  It's still in beta so I've had a few issues, but the functionality is great.  The good news is it works with both VS2003 and VS2005.  I'm currently using the VS2003 version.
