I've been thinking more and more lately about getting into software management.  I went down the management path at one point early in my career and jumped out since I was so young and it was easier to find a job.  Not to mention I was no where near ready to manage.  Now I'm finding it harder and harder to be on teams that don't perform to their potential.  I have a lot of ideas on how to help organize and manage a group of developers to create a great working environment that is also very productive and profitable.

Maybe it's time for me to go get that MBA.
