I've been reading a lot lately on which business entity to form.  I bought a book at Borders the other day that discusses a lot of the pro's and con's of each.  So far, I can't find out why an SCorp may be better than an LLC.

I am one person, the reason I want to incorporate is to protect my personal assets from liability.  Both the SCorp and the LLC accomplish this.  The SCorp adds a lot of organization stuff on top that really isn't necessary for me.  Things like having a board, having board meetings, etc.

I've pretty much decided on an LLC.  Does anyone have any comments about one over the other?
