I'm frustrated

Today I received my new RAM (4GB) in the mail.  I installed it and was confused because only 3.2GB was showing up.  I looked at the manufacturers website and found a page with BIOS Updates. There are two updates on this site, I decided I'd do both, but start with the earlier one.  So I downloaded the NF4LD310.exe and created a floppy.  I booted from the floppy and followed the on screen instructions.

Now, when my I turn my computer on it doesn't even POST.  I get nothing.  I sent an email to DFI and am searching the net for answers.  I hope I don't have to return this MB, I have work to do.

Ugh.

Update: I found some handy LED's on my MB that tells you what's going on.  Mine would get to the CPU detected phase, but wouldn't pass the DRAM detected.  This is odd, because all 4 RAM modules were working before the flash.  When I remove the 2 modules from the second bank I can boot.  I'm going to try to flash with the most recent BIOS update to see if that changes anything.

Update 2: Ok, I'm back in business, but I still only see 3.2GB of RAM.
