Dot Net Nuke Document Module

I'm working with a client to setup a Dot Net Nuke Portal.  Does anyone have any suggestions for a document module?  Here are my requirements:

  • Item/directory level security
  • File/Folder structure navigation
  • Easy to use/upload documents
  • API for uploading documents*
  • Full Text search
  • Easy to skin

* nice to have
